ACME Solar Holdings has achieved financial closure for its 250 MW ACME Urja One (Phase-III) Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project, securing ₹3,404.57 crore in long-term debt financing from Power Finance Corporation (PFC). Under the arrangement, PFC will act as the sole lender with a 19-year repayment tenure.

Combining solar, wind, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) technologies, the project is situated across Fatehgarh-II in Jaisalmer (Rajasthan) and Jamkhambhaliya in Devbhumi Dwarka (Gujarat). Power generated from the plant will be sold to NHPC under a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement at a fixed tariff of ₹4.33 per unit. The project remains on schedule and is slated for completion next year.
